Giancarlo Stanton Hit a Monstrous 510-Foot Home Run Derby Blast
Liftoff.
Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton put on quite a show during the first round of last night's Gillette Home Run Derby at Target Field in Minnesota. His sixth homer of the round was an absolute moonshot, landing two-thirds of the way up the upper deck, with a projected distance of 510 feet. Ridiculous.
Needless to say, everyone was impressed by Stanton's power. But nobody was more excited than Andrew McCutchen, who lost his mind on the field.
.@TheCUTCH22's reaction to a @Giancarlo818 moonshot was priceless. #HRDerby http://t.co/38UWPwCADP
