MIAMI -- Changing the culture and creating clubhouse stability were a couple of priorities for the Marlins heading into 2016. To address those areas, Don Mattingly was brought in as manager, and he surrounded himself with a blue chip staff.
Mattingly ran a smooth Spring Training, and he now prepares for his first season in Miami. The club has a talented core and some promising pitchers. But do they have enough to become a serious contender?
