New at Nats Park

March 26th, 2019

Happy baseball season, people! Whether you hibernated, flew south for the winter, or just, like, watched basketball or something, we all labored through an offseason to reach the end of what seemed like an eternal tunnel. But now we're here: Spring has sprung, the cherry blossoms are about to bloom and baseball has made its triumphant return to Nats Park.

Know what else has made its way to Nats Park? A bevy of new concession stands with incredible gourmet dishes that set a new mark for ballpark food, rack after rack of hot new merch begging for a good home, and a number of in-park amenities set to make the Nats Park experience better than it's ever been. You could spend days wandering the ballpark in search of all the additions and improvements, but we've compiled a quick cheat sheet to get you started during the first homestand of 2019!

Chiko

Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Newdro bring their Barracks Row staple to life at Nats Park. Their full menu of traditional Chinese and Korean dishes created with modern cooking techniques will be available near Section 238. We're not saying you have to try the Bulgogi Hoagie with Korean BBQ beef, caramelized onions and kimcheese wiz on a soft roll, but we promise you'll regret it if you don't.

Hank's Oyster Bar

It isn't summer in DC until you've got Old Bay under your fingernails. Chef Jamie Leeds brings a local icon to life at the ballpark with Hank's Oyster Bar. She'll be serving up Po' Boys, Fish Sandwiches and Old Bay Fries out by Section 108.

Caviar and Tiger Fork

Imagine if the hottest restaurants in DC all had locations inside Nats Park. That'd be pretty great, huh? Turns out, there's no need to imagine, because we've partnered with the Caviar delivery app for the company's first-ever in-stadium concession stand. The Caviar outpost will feature a rotating selection of items from DC's best restaurants. Fans can open the app from their seats, order ahead and receive push notifications when their food is ready. The future, right? First up is Blagden Alley's hip Hong Kong hangout, Tiger Fork. Use promo code NATS for $2 off when ordering from the stands using the Caviar app

Fireworks

You know what's better than baseball on summer weekends? Baseball and fireworks on summer weekends. This season we're bringing back the old summer staple in the form of Budweiser Fireworks Fridays. April 26, May 24, June 14, Aug. 30 and Sept. 27. (And of course, we're still doing the Freedom Fireworks on Wednesday, July 3, too.)

Square Terminal

We've partnered with Square Terminal to bring the Beer Guy into the 21st century. This season, fans will be able to use their credit and debit cards to make in-seat purchases from vendors roving the ballpark. Beer. Peanuts. Cotton candy. Hot dogs. No need to hit an ATM or even leave your seat. We've got you covered for the 2019 season.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. For a more detailed look at what's new at Nats Park for 2019, check out our Food & Beverage Finder on the MLB Ballpark App.
