Four potential first-round picks -- Hunter Greene, Jo Adell, Trevor Rogers and Bubba Thompson -- are scheduled to attend Major League Baseball's 2017 Draft held on Monday, at MLB Network headquarters in Secaucus, N.J., the league announced Thursday.
All four individuals are planning to make the leap from high school to professional baseball, and all rank among the Top 30 overall prospects in Top 200 Draft Prospects rankings.

Greene, 17, is rated as the No. 1 prospect in the Draft per MLBPipeline.com. He was named a Rawlings-Perfect Game First Team All-American and to the California All-Region First Team prior to his senior season at Notre Dame High School in California. He went 3-0 with an 0.75 ERA with 43 strikeouts in five appearances on the mound in his final high school season, also hitting .324 with six home runs and 28 RBIs at the plate.
Greene is considered one of the most intriguing big league prospects in recent memory, both at shortstop and as a pitcher.
Adell, 18, is the No. 21 overall prospect available in the Draft, according to MLBPipeline.com. In advance of his senior year at Ballard High School in Louisville, Ky., Adell was named also named a Rawlings-Perfect Game First Team All-American and a Central All-Region First Team player. He hit .562 with 25 home runs and 61 RBIs in 35 games in his last season of high school ball.
Adell won the 2016 Home Run Derby at the Area Code Games and was one of two underclassmen invited to the 2016 Under Armour All-American Game.

Rogers was named a Rawlings-Perfect Game First-Team All-American and a West All-Region First Team player prior to spring in addition to earning the title as 2017 Gatorade Player of the Year in New Mexico. The 19-year-old, who played his high school ball at Carlsbad High School in New Mexico, is rated as the No. 25 overall prospect in the Draft per MLBPipeline.com.
A left-handed pitcher, Rogers went 11-0 with an 0.33 ERA and 134 strikeouts in leading his team to the Class 6A state semifinals. He also hit .394 with three home runs and 26 RBIs at the dish this spring.

Thompson, a Rawlings-Perfect Game Second Team All-American and Southeast All-Region First Team honoree, is the No. 26 overall Draft prospect per MLBPipeline.com. The product of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, Ala., hit .429 with 11 home runs and 35 RBIs in his senior season and stole 19 bases in 19 attempts.

The 18-year-old outfielder was also named an All-State and All-Coastal Alabama First Team selection this spring.
The four prospects join 33 amateur players in history to attend the Draft, including two-time American League Most Valuable Award winner Michael Trout, 2015 AL Rookie of the Year Award winner Carlos Correa and current MLB home run leader Aaron Judge.
