Indians Come Through for Niko Lanzarotta
This is Niko, who calls himself Carlos Santana's No. 1 fan. He told Carlos he wants him to hit a home run today! pic.twitter.com/HtYrt3k3Ho

Niko Lanzarotta is an eight-year-old with cerebral palsy, and he’s also the biggest Carlos Santana fan in the world. Before Saturday’s game, he had the opportunity to go on the field and meet his favorite player, as well as Jason Kipnis, Drew Stubbs and Terry Francona. He asked Santana and Kipnis to hit home runs, and they both did. Absolutely unreal. He probably also asked Stubbs to hit one too, because he launched one on Sunday. Just an incredible story that I probably wouldn’t believe if it were in a movie. Niko is the man.
