Indians re-sign righty Grube to Minor League deal

The Indians have re-signed right-hander Jarrett Grube to a one-year Minor League contract that includes a non-roster invitation to Major League Spring Training.

Grube, 34, went 9-0 with a 2.26 ERA in 15 games (13 starts) for Triple-A Columbus after signing with the organization out of the Mexican League in June.

Grube has spent 12 seasons in the Minors across four organizations, beginning with the Rockies in 2004.

He appeared in one Major League game in 2014 with the Angels.
