Jabari Blash joins Padres Social Hour

April 14th, 2016

Padres rookie outfielder Jabari Blash already owned two hits and two runs in his first 10 big league games, despite starting the season as a reserve.
The fan favorite stopped by the Social Hour couch to share the biggest surprises he's faced in his first two weeks in the Majors, as well as how the Padres' offense is handling the team's run-scoring struggles from the inside.
Blash also talked about the effect Jackie Robinson has had on his career, how his mom - who made the trip all the way from the Virgin Islands to watch him - got him to the big leagues, and which Padres starting pitcher has actually been the one to most take Jabari under his wing.
