Arlington, Texas - The Texas Rangers today announced that LHP Jake Diekman is scheduled to make rehab appearances for Double-A Frisco on Monday night at Midland and on Tuesday vs. Corpus Christi at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
Diekman worked 1.1 scoreless innings for Triple-A Round Rock at Nashville on August 25 in his last rehab outing. Prior to that he was 1-0 with 3.0 scoreless innings in three appearances with Frisco.
Diekman has spent the entire 2017 season on the 60-day disabled list undergoing surgeries for ulcerative colitis.
