Jeff Luhnow to be guest on final Astroline of season
Astroline culminates with the third-year GM live from the Disney Boardwalk
Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow will be the guest of the final Astroline show of the season, which will be broadcast live on Thursday, March 20 from the ESPN Zone Restaurant on Disney's Boardwalk in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
Thursday's show will be broadcast live starting at 8 p.m. ET (7 p.m. CT) on KTRH 740 AM. The show is open to the public and will be streamed online at Astros.com.
Astros radio play-by-play commentator Robert Ford will serve as the host of Astroline and will be filling in for Hall of Fame broadcaster Milo Hamilton.

Astroline, which is presented by Budweiser, is broadcast live weekly from 7-8 p.m. CT during the offseason. The show rotates between KTRH 740 AM and their sister station KBME 790 AM.
Entering his third full season as Astros General Manager, Luhnow has made several trades and overseen two successful amateur drafts all while emphasizing the Astros long-term plan to rebuild through a strong farm system. During his tenure, Luhnow has added a number of Major League players that have bolstered Houston's roster, including Dexter Fowler, Scott Feldman, Matt Dominguez, Chris Carter, Brad Peacock, Max Stassi, L.J. Hoes, Matt Albers, Chad Qualls, and Jesse Crain. This February, ESPN.com and The Sporting News both ranked the Astros minor league system as the best in baseball, months after Houston's top six minor league affiliates all qualified for the postseason.
Ford begins his second season as the Astros radio play-by-play commentator after being named to the post on Feb. 13, 2013. Prior to joining the Astros radio broadcast team, Ford spent four seasons as the pre-and postgame host for the Kansas City Royals radio broadcasts on 610 AM KCSP, the Royals flagship station. The 2001 graduate of Syracuse University spent seven years broadcasting minor league baseball, calling over 800 games during his stints with the Binghamton Mets, Kalamazoo Kings and Yakima Bears. Ford was twice named Frontier League Broadcaster of the Year (2003 and 2004).
