Pederson making a move in All-Star voting

ARLINGTON -- Rookie outfielder Joc Pederson showed the largest upward move among Dodgers on this week's update of the 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot voting.

Pederson, 11th among National League outfielders last week, climbed to eighth in voting for that position, where Bryce Harper, Matt Holliday and Nori Aoki hold down the top three spots. Yasiel Puig of the Dodgers, who returned from the disabled list, is 13th.

Adrian Gonzalez retained second spot among first basemen, but the gap between him and leader Paul Goldschmidt is approaching one million votes.

Other Dodgers appearing in the voting results are second baseman Howie Kendrick (fourth) and catcher Yasmani Grandal (fifth).

Fans can cast their votes for starters at and all 30 club sites -- on their computers, tablets and smartphones -- using the 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot until Thursday, July 2, at 8:59 p.m. PT. For the first time, voting is exclusively online, where fans may submit up to 35 ballots.
