Joe Mauer: Pure Athlete at Age 17
We always knew Joe Mauer was a stud athlete, but this video shows just how versatile he was at just 17 years old. Besides being an amazing baseball player (apparently pitching, too), he was also a highly sought after QB recruit. Really? He could've played either sport at a high level, but we're happy to see he chose the right one when the Twins drafted him in 2001.
