Well, it's happened. Jonny Gomes, who recently got inked up to celebrate the Red Sox winning the 2013 World Series, has shaved his beard. The facial flow, which Gomes spent all of last season cultivating, was shaved by Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Sad to see you go, Old Ironsides, but we'll always remember the year of the beard.
