MINNEAPOLIS -- A two-homer, seven-RBI performance rarely if ever gets lost in the shuffle of a Major League Baseball game.
But with the craziness running throughout the White Sox 13-11, 12-inning victory over the Twins Sunday, it's easy to understand how 's power-packed afternoon, featuring a single-game high in RBIs, doesn't stand alone.

"Thank God we won," said Abreu through interpreter Billy Russo. "It was a very stressful game for both teams. Both teams battled and we got the victory, that was the most important part."
"There were a lot of balls leaving the park today," White Sox manager Robin Ventura said. "Our guys battled, that's the biggest thing. Even getting down, they kept swinging the bats. Just grinding it out. It's a good win to be able to come back. A lot of guys contributed, and we had some good at-bats."

Abreu's blast off Albers gave the White Sox an early lead that quickly turned into a 9-5 deficit after five frames. 's grand slam off of White Sox starter and home runs from and had something to do with that turnaround.

"He's swinging it. This is what you really expect out of him," Ventura said. "I know it's pretty free and easy right now, but even the home runs and everything that's really more indicative of him, and I know he's feeling pretty good about it. Just sitting in the middle of our lineup being able to drive in some runs."
"This is my best moment of this season so far," Abreu said. "I want to thank the White Sox and the guys, because we are playing as a team and it's not one person."
