Bautista, Blue Jays need your All-Star vote

May 1st, 2017

The Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot was unveiled on Monday, and the nine Blue Jays who are candidates for the 2017 MLB All-Star Game presented by MasterCard are a mix of franchise cornerstones and new faces.
Right fielder -- the longtime face of the franchise who was an All-Star with Toronto six consecutive years from 2010-15 -- is once again on the ballot for the Midsummer Classic in Miami. So is superstar third baseman Josh Donaldson, who has been an All-Star in both of his first two seasons as a Blue Jay, including his 2015 American League MVP campaign.

Two of the key additions to the 2017 Blue Jays -- designated hitter and left fielder Steve Pearce -- are also on the ballot looking to make an All-Star team for the first time in their careers.
First baseman and second baseman round out the Blue Jays on the ballot. Both have yet to make an All-Star team.
