KANSAS CITY -- The Royals-White Sox game on Sept. 12 at Kauffman Stadium has been changed to a 12:15 p.m. CT start in order to accommodate the U2 concert at Arrowhead Stadium that evening.
The game was originally slated to begin at 7:15 p.m. Major League Baseball and the White Sox approved the time change.
There was a T-Shirt giveaway scheduled for the Sept. 12 game, but that was moved to Aug. 29 when the Royals host the Rays.
