Kris Medlen recalled from Minor League injury rehab assignment

The Kansas City Royals announced today that right-handed pitcher Kris Medlen has been recalled from his minor league injury rehab assignment after suffering a right shoulder strain in his rehab start last night with the Omaha Storm Chasers. He will be re-evaluated later today.
