Lough, Casilla out of Orioles' lineup vs. Yanks

SARASOTA, Fla. -- David Lough, a late scratch from Friday's game with a stiff neck, reported that he was feeling better on Saturday after seeing a neurologist, although he was still out of Saturday's lineup along with a late scratch -- Alexi Casilla.

"I know he's going to get some other tests, just to be sure," manager Buck Showalter said of Lough. "I haven't talked to him today, but [head athletic trainer] Richie [Bancells] in the medical report this morning, he said they want to rule out everything before they move forward with it. Right now, he's got a stiff neck. It's better today than it was yesterday from what I understand."

As for Casilla, Showalter told reporters he would be ready to play for Sunday's game in Dunedin. This is the second spring injury for Casilla, who is dealing with a hyperextended left knee sustained earlier this week covering second base on a double play.

"Of course," Casilla said, when asked if he feels pressure to get back and show the team what he can do. "I already missed a lot of games. We don't have many games left, so I have a short period to prove [that]."

Casilla, a non-roster invitee, is 0-for-5 and has played in three games this spring, as he was sidelined with a hamstring injury prior to the knee issue.
