Mariners recall infielder Luis Sardiñas from AAA Tacoma

Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced the following roster moves prior to tonight's game against the Oakland Athletics.
Sardiñas, 23, hit .406 (13x32) with 8 runs, 1 double and 4 RBI in 8 games with AAA Tacoma. In his first stint with Seattle, he hit .154 (4x26) in 12 games (6 starts) with the Mariners after making the Opening Day roster. He appeared in games at second base (3 G, 1 GS), first base (2 G), third base (2 GS), shortstop (2 GS) and left field (1 GS), including making his first career appearance in left field in a start at Texas on April 6. Sardiñas hit his first Major League home run in his Mariners debut on April 5 at Texas.
 
Taylor, 25, was 1-for-3 in two games with Seattle before being optioned. Earlier this season with Tacoma, he hit .294 (45x153) with 31 runs, 14 doubles, 3 triples, 2 home runs, 14 RBI and 8 stolen bases in 39 games with AAA Tacoma. He's appeared in 33 games at shortstop, 3 at second base and 3 at third base this season with the Rainiers. Taylor appeared in the Majors with Seattle in both 2014 and 2015. In a combined 84 big league games, Taylor has hit .239 (55x230) with 11 doubles, 1 triple and 10 RBI in 84 games.
