The Mariners recalled infielder Luis Sardiñas from Triple-A Tacoma on Friday in advance of this weekend's series in Toronto.
Sardinas, 23, has hit .190 with two home runs and five RBIs in 25 games during two stints with Seattle this season, appearing at all four infield positions and once in left field.
He was hitting .250 with 17 runs, four doubles and 17 RBIs in 42 games with Tacoma.
