MIAMI -- Right-hander Stephen Fife, who formerly pitched for Miami manager Don Mattingly in Los Angeles, and first baseman Tyler Moore are among 14 non-roster invitees to Spring Training, the Marlins announced on Tuesday.
Several of the players, such as outfielder Matt den Dekker and right-hander Javy Guerra, have previously been reported. After the holiday break, the club made the signings official, and all 14 will be at big league camp when Spring Training begins in February.
The rest of the invitees are shortstop Ryan Jackson; outfielders Brandon Barnes, Isaac Galloway and Moises Sierra; catcher Carlos Paulino; right-handers Juan Benitez and Scott Copeland; and lefties Kyle Lobstein, Kelvin Marte and Caleb Thielbar.

Fife, a non-roster invitee of the Cubs in 2016, underwent Tommy John surgery in October '14. With the Dodgers from '12-14, he appeared in 18 games (16 starts) during Mattingly's tenure as manager.

Moore, 29, offers organizational depth at first base and the outfield. The right-handed hitter was with the Nationals from 2012-15, and he has 24 home runs and 91 RBIs in 277 big league games. Moore played 97 games with Washington in '15.
The Marlins are seeking right-handed-hitting first-base options.
Jackson, a shortstop/second baseman, is a Miami native who attended the University of Miami. The 28-year-old has 42 games of Major League experience, first with the Cardinals (2012-14) and then the Angels ('15).
Barnes, 30, was with the Rockies in 2016 and appeared in 48 games. In 465 Major League games, he has 19 homers and 100 RBIs.
Copeland, 29, pitched 15 1/3 innings with the Blue Jays in 2015.
Providing outfield depth is den Dekker, 29, who is from Fort Lauderdale and played at the University of Florida. Formerly with the Mets and Nationals, den Dekker is a left-handed hitter.
Guerra, 31, could be an interesting bullpen addition. The right-hander was the closer with the Dodgers prior to Kenley Jansen, and he has 30 big league saves.
The Marlins are short on left-handed relief depth. In Lobstein, Marte and Thielbar, they have added three southpaws with big league experience.
Lobstein and Marte were with the Pirates in 2016, and Thielbar last pitched in the big leagues with the Twins in '15.
