LOS ANGELES -- Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton drove in three runs and rookie J.T. Riddle had four RBIs in a 10-6 win over the Dodgers on Saturday night at Dodger Stadium. Miami snapped its five-game losing skid and ended the Dodgers' three-game win streak.
"Motivation, whatever, just wake up, have some drive, have some fight generated towards the field the right way," Stanton said of the team's response to some late drama in Friday night's game that saw the benches clear. "It was good. It was a little wake-up. Hello. For us, for all of us, with how we've been playing and everything."

The Marlins scored in each of the first five innings and combined for 14 hits as a team, with every starting position player crossing the plate. Stanton set a career-high with three doubles and delivered RBIs in each of his first three at-bats. Riddle drove in runs via a home run, double and single. Starter Dan Straily struck out eight in 5 2/3 innings and didn't allow a hit until Enrique Hernandez homered with two outs in the fifth.
"It was good to be able to put some runs on the board, have a little bit of cushion, and we needed it," Marlins manager Don Mattingly said.

Julio Urias struggled for the second straight start and was lifted after seven outs, having given up seven runs (six earned) on seven hits and three walks. It was his first Major League appearance without a strikeout in 23 career outings.
"He didn't have command of any of his pitches," said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. "He got behind and really didn't have a chance to get anything going."
Corey Seager and Cody Bellinger hit back-to-back homers off Marlins reliever Jarlin Garcia in the seventh. Bellinger became the fastest in Dodgers history to hit nine career homers, doing so in 24 games.

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
Miami gets to Urias: The Marlins scored early and often against Urias, knocking him out of the game during a four-run third inning. Marcell Ozuna reached on a throwing error by third baseman Chris Taylor and advanced to second on Urias' balk to open the frame. Stanton then ripped a run-scoring double and Justin Bour followed with an RBI single. Dodgers pitching coach Rick Honeycutt made a mound visit after Urias walked his third batter of the night, but one batter later, Riddle doubled in two runs to chase Urias.
"I thought we did a good job with Urias, making him throw strikes, getting him in the strike zone," Mattingly said. "We kind of stayed on him. We were able to get to him, able to put some runs up."

WHAT'S NEXT
Marlins:Vance Worley will make his club debut when he starts Sunday's series finale at 4:10 p.m. ET. Worley was promoted from Triple-A New Orleans to start in place of the injured Tom Koehler. It's the first big league start for Worley since September.
Dodgers:Brandon McCarthy will make his second start at 1:10 p.m. PT Sunday since coming off the disabled list with a left shoulder injury. He'll try to rebound from his first loss of the season and stop a four-game streak of elevating his ERA -- from 1.50 after his second outing this year to its current mark of 4.15.
