The Miami Marlins begin a nine-game homestand on Tuesday, May 3, taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks in a three-game set. Following the series, Miami will kick off a three-game, weekend series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Friday, May 6. The homestand concludes with a three-game set against the Milwaukee Brewers, which begins on Monday, May 9.  
The first fan giveaway of the homestand is Tuesday, when the first 10,000 fans will receive an Ichiro Suzuki T-shirt, courtesy of Sato Pharmaceutical. Also on Tuesday, the Marlins Foundation will award the Miami-Dade Culinary Institute and Hispanic Food and Beverage Foundation a $5,000 scholarship from the proceeds raised at this year's Taste of Miami.
The second fan giveaway is a Jeff Conine 1995 All-Star Bobblehead, courtesy of FOX Sports Florida, for the first 10,000 fans on Saturday. Conine will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. The Marlins will also celebrate Marlins Charity Partner Night and Teacher Appreciation Night that night. The Marlins Foundation will celebrate all Charity Partners, 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, After-School All-Stars, Miami Children's Museum and Up2Us Sports, and have members of their organization participate in a variety of pre- and in-game events, including a ceremonial first pitch. 
The final fan giveaway is on Sunday, a Marlins Tote Bag, courtesy of MLB Network, for the first 15,000 fans. Breast Cancer Awareness Day and Mother's Day at Marlins Park are also on Sunday. This Mother's Day, fans are invited to join the Marlins in showing support for breast cancer survivors and those currently fighting the battle against breast cancer. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will support Susan G. Komen Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and other local Breast Cancer Centers in South Florida. The Marlins Foundation will host a Mother's Day Brunch & Baseball event, where fans can treat mom to a special day at Marlins Park with a package that includes a gourmet brunch buffet at Clevelander Marlins Park, a game ticket, a Marlins commemorative T-shirt and much more.
