CHICAGO -- Melky Cabrera continues to be the lone White Sox representative in the 2016 American League All-Star voting, with the top five among position players and top 15 among outfielders released on Tuesday.
Cabrera ranks 14th among outfielders with 436,974 votes. The top three in the outfield are currently Mike Trout, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Mookie Betts.

Cabrera leads the White Sox with a .284 average and ranks second with a .342 on-base percentage. Cabrera has 15 doubles, two triples, six homers and 32 RBIs, with 23 walks and 30 strikeouts over 250 at-bats.
Chris Sale, who was starting Tuesday against the Red Sox, figures to be the best bet to represent the White Sox as an All-Star for a fifth straight season. He entered Tuesday leading the American League with 11 victories and sitting third with a 1.01 WHIP.
