PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- The Mets' spring power surge continued on Monday, when the team clubbed four home runs en route to a 6-4 win over the Marlins.
Asdrubal Cabrera, Lucas Duda and Curtis Granderson hit solo homers, and Neil Walker added a two-run shot to provide most of the Mets' offense.
Though Tim Tebow did not hit one over the fence, he singled off Kyle Lobstein in the fifth inning for his first Grapefruit League hit.

Miami's offense surged in the fourth inning, when Marcell Ozuna doubled home a run against Noah Syndergaard and Justin Bour added a two-run homer. Battling bronchitis, Syndergaard recorded just one out in the fourth inning after breezing through the first three without issue.

Marlins starter Severino Gonzalez gave up four hits in four innings, but three of them were solo homers. He struck out two and walked none.
The game was delayed 20 minutes in the eighth inning due to rain, which passed quickly out of the area.
Marlins Up Next: Miami returns to Jupiter on Tuesday for a 1:05 p.m. ET game at Roger Dean Stadium against Detroit on Gameday Audio. Left-hander Adam Conley will make his second start and third appearance of the spring for the Marlins. Detroit will start righty Matt Boyd.
Mets Up Next:Addison Reed, who gave up six runs in his last outing, hopes to get back on track when the Mets travel to West Palm Beach for a 1:05 p.m. game Tuesday against the Astros on Gameday Audio. Reed, who is slated to be the Mets' Opening Day closer if Jeurys Familia is suspended, will follow right-hander Jacob deGrom in the game. Lance McCullers starts for the Astros.
