Former Minnesota Twins star Michael Cuddyer MLB Youth Skills Clinic will be held on Monday, August 22 at Bennett Family Park.
"I'm excited to get back in the Minneapolis community", said Cuddyer. "The community took me in and allowed me to grow as a baseball player and a man. I want to give aspiring athletes similar opportunities to discover their dreams."
Campers ages 8-17 will enjoy a full day of activities, including being put through drills by current MLB coaches, meet and get autographs from some of their favorite MLB players. All participants will also be allowed to take photos with players and receive camp t-shirts. Registration is $99 per camper.
"The Twins Community Fund is very appreciative, not only of Michael's participation in this clinic, but also of all he has done for youth baseball and softball in Twins Territory during his career," said Bryan Donaldson, Executive Director of the Twins Community Fund.
For those who cannot attend the camp, but would still like the chance to meet Cuddyer, Fan HQ will be hosting an autograph signing later that evening with proceeds to also be donated to the Twins Community Fund. Fan HQ is located at Ridgedale Center,12667 Wayzata Blvd. Minnetonka, MN 55305.
