SARASOTA, Fla. -- The Braves used an offensive attack that featured double-digit hits, but the Orioles scored a run in the ninth on Garabez Rosa's RBI single as the two clubs played to a 4-4 tie in 10 innings Tuesday.
Atlanta scored three runs in the sixth inning off O's reliever Zach Phillips. After loading the bases, Tyler Flowers and Jace Peterson drove in runs and Gordon Beckham hit a sacrifice fly.

Braves starter Matt Wisler went five-plus innings and allowed three runs, including a pair of homers. Orioles catcher Matt Wieters, behind the plate for the first time since March 12, went deep, and Manny Machado got things going with a first-inning homer.

"The fourth and fifth inning was probably the best I've thrown all spring, so to have that kind of feel right now, I'm happy with that," Wisler said. "Just try to keep that kind of consistency going forward, staying aggressive with everything.
Mark Trumbo also drove in a run for Baltimore in the sixth.

Orioles starter Miguel Gonzalez, who entered the game with a 12.56 spring ERA, held Atlanta to one run in his best Grapefruit League outing.
"I know it's toward the end and I wanted to get a good outing just to feel better mentally, and overall I did good," Gonzalez said of the 75-pitch outing.

"I had some good command in some other outings against the Red Sox, the Yankees. Today was that day that I had a little luck on my side, and that definitely feels good."
The game's start was delayed by 10 minutes due to rain.
