Crew announce two exhibitions at Miller Park in spring

Brewers set to host Kansas City twice in Milwaukee to cap preseason schedule

The Brewers released their 2014 Spring Training schedule Tuesday, and it includes two exhibition games against the Royals at Miller Park.

The Royals will come to Milwaukee on March 28 and 29. The March 28 matchup is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. CT, with the March 29 contest slated for 1:05 p.m.

The Brewers open the regular season on March 31 at 1:10 p.m. CT at home against the Braves.

Milwaukee will play 29 Spring Training games in 2014, including 14 at Maryvale Baseball Park. The Brewers also have two split-squad games: March 1 against the Dodgers and at the D-backs, and March 9 at the Cubs and at the Indians.

The Brewers open their Cactus League slate on Feb. 27 against the A's in Phoenix and close it on March 27 against the Mariners. All Cactus League games are scheduled for 3:05 p.m. CT, but are subject to change.

Pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report to Spring Training on Feb. 15, with all position players due Feb. 21. The first full workout is scheduled for Feb. 22.

Spring Training game tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. CT on Dec. 6 at brewers.com and by phone at 1-800-933-7890. Tickets for the two games at Miller Park will go on sale at a later date.
