Nats-Braves finale in second rain delay

ATLANTA -- The Braves and Nationals are in a rain delay in the bottom of the seventh inning at Turner Field, the second rain delay of Sunday's game. Atlanta is leading Washington, 6-2.
Rain first halted play during the top of the sixth inning at Turner Field on Sunday afternoon with the Braves leading the Nationals, 3-1.
The first delay, which lasted one hour and seven minutes, began immediately after ended 's scoreless bid by hitting a two-out RBI double.
Given the ominous forecast since the early morning hours, the teams were fortunate to play at least five innings and secure an official game if play does not resume a second time. This is the last game the Nationals are scheduled to play at Turner Field.
