In conjunction with the reopening of I-85, the Atlanta Braves will recognize C.W. Matthews Contracting Company as well as the Georgia Department of Transportation before the game on Wednesday, May 17. From now through May 24, the Braves are also offering fans a ticket special to commemorate the much-anticipated occasion of a normal commute.
In an on-field presentation before the game on May 17, representatives from C.W. Matthews Contracting Company will be joined by Georgia Department of Transportation Commissioner Russell McMurray to be recognized for their efforts in the reconstruction of I-85. Employees from C.W. Matthews Contracting Company have also been provided game tickets and will take part in Braves traditions during the game, such as Starting the Chop.
The ticket special offers fans the chance to purchase tickets for $8.50 and below for five games during the upcoming homestand. Available games for the ticket special include May 17 and 18 when the Braves face the Toronto Blue Jays, as well as May 22-24, when they take on the Pittsburgh Pirates. All seats will be located in the 300 and 400 levels. To purchase now, fans can visit www.Braves.com/tickets.

The Atlanta Braves return home on May 17 for a nine-game homestand, facing the Toronto Blue Jays, Washington Nationals and Pittsburgh Pirates.
