Homestand Highlights September 4-6

Mascot game, Police & Fire Appreciation Night, Heart & Hustle and Clemente Award presentations highlight upcoming homestand.

Monday, Sept. 4, 2017 - Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 1:10 p.m. 
• Mascot T-ball Game: The 15th annual Mascot T-ball game will take place from approx. Noon to 12:30 p.m. featuring mascots representing schools and organizations from throughout the region.
• Heart & Hustle Award: Adam Duvall will be presented with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association's "Heart & Hustle Award" during pregame ceremonies. The annual award was created to recognize one player on each MLB team who demonstrates a passion for the game and best embodies the values, spirit and tradition of the game. 
• First Pitch: Eleven-year-old Keenan Briggs from Plano, KY will throw out a ceremonial first pitch. Keenan has a congenital upper limb difference and was born without a left hand. In July, he made national news for hitting a home run for his Warren County (KY) South All-Star team in the District 1 Little League Tournament.
• Post-game Concert: Fans are invited to stay after the game for the annual Faith Day concert presented by Prasco featuring Grammy Award-nominated artist Crowder. Prior to the concert, fans can hear testimonials from Reds players Michael Lorenzen and Scooter Gennett. 
Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017 - Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 7:10 p.m. 
• Police & Fire Appreciation Night: Many of tonight's pregame ceremonies will feature members of local police, fire, sheriff and EMT departments.
• First Pitch: Bengals first round draft pick John Ross will throw out a ceremonial first pitch. 
• Game Ball Delivery: Daniel Hemric and Matt Tifft, drivers in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, will deliver the official game ball. Both drivers competed in the Alsco 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the Kentucky Speedway in July. 
• LEGO® NINJAGO® Characters: THE LEGO® NINJAGO® MOVIE characters Lloyd, Nya and Master Wu will meet and greet with fans in the Kroger Fan Zone from 5:40 to 7:30 p.m. THE LEGO® NINJAGO® MOVIE opens nationwide on Friday, Sept. 22. 
Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 - Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 12:35 p.m. 
• Roberto Clemente Award: The Reds' nominee for the 2017 Roberto Clemente Award, the most prominent individual player award from Major League Baseball, will be honored during pregame ceremonies. (MLB will annouce nominees on Sept. 5.) The Roberto Clemente Award is the annual recognition of a player from each MLB Club who best represents the game of Baseball through extraordinary character, community involvement, philanthropy and positive contributions, both on and off the field.

Reds Community Fund 
• Ultimate Spring Training Experience: The Reds Community Fund is selling $100 raffle tickets for the inaugural Ultimate Spring Training Experience. Two prizes will be awarded and each package includes a VIP experience for two at the Reds Spring Training facility in Goodyear, AZ. • Reds Hall of Fame Voting: Fans can vote now for the former Reds players appearing on the 2018 Modern Player Ballot presented by Clark Schaefer Hackett, the official accounting firm of the Reds Hall of Fame Ballot. The Modern Player candidates for 2018 are:
