BALTIMORE -- The Orioles re-signed right-hander , the team announced Tuesday morning.
The move, which leaves the 40-man roster at 39, gives the O's more pitching depth and brings back a familiar face. The 31-year-old Ondrusek, who had his option declined by Baltimore in early November, inked a one-year Major League deal that includes a club option for 2018.

"Logan brings veteran experience to our bullpen," executive vice president of baseball operations Dan Duquette said. "And his ability to induce ground balls is an asset to our pitching staff."
Ondrusek was signed out of Japan and joined the Orioles at the end of July. He appeared in seven games and allowed seven runs and nine hits over 6 1/3 innings.
In parts of six big league seasons, Ondrusek is 21-11 with a 4.03 ERA.
