Padres agree to terms with five players on one-year contracts for 2014 season
Club has one remaining arbitration-eligible player
The San Diego Padres today announced that they have agreed to terms with right-handed pitchers Ian Kennedy and Tyson Ross, infielders Everth Cabrera and Chase Headley and infielder/outfielder Kyle Blanks on one-year contracts for the 2014 season, avoiding arbitration. Executive Vice President/General Manager Josh Byrnes made the announcement.
With today's announcement, the Padres have one remaining arbitration-eligible player in right-handed pitcher Andrew Cashner.
