Get ready to play ball &ndash; as the <a href="https://www.mlb.com/phillies/schedule/2018-02">Phillies 2018 Spring Training</a> schedule in Clearwater, Fla., has officially been announced.<br>
New Phillies Manager Gabe Kapler will lead the team in its first full squad workout on Monday, February 19, at <a href="http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/phi/spring_training/ballpark/">Spectrum Field</a>, with pitchers and catchers reporting for their first workout the week before on Wednesday, February 14.<br>
Fans will have their first glimpse of the 2018 Phillies during an <a href="https://www.mlb.com/phillies/schedule/2018-02">exhibition game</a> against the University of Tampa on Thursday, February 22.<br>
Additionally, on Saturday, February 24, the Phillies host their <a href="https://www.mlb.com/phillies/schedule/2018-02">Spring Training Home Opener</a> against the Baltimore Orioles, followed by games against the New York Yankees on Sunday, February 25, and Detroit Tigers on February 27. The Phillies will face the Yankees again on Thursday, March 1.<br>
The Spring Training official season features 17 home games at Spectrum Field, also featuring matchups against the Toronto Blue Jays, Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, Tampa Bay Rays and Atlanta Braves.<br>
Other highlights include a four-game stretch beginning on March 3 against Baltimore, followed by games on March 4 against Toronto &ndash; which is also Phillies Alumni Day, March 5 against Minnesota and March 7 against Boston.<br>
The annual St. Patrick&rsquo;s Day game will take place against Atlanta on March 17.&nbsp; The Spring Training schedule concludes on Tuesday, March 27, with a game against Pittsburgh.<br>
