David Ortiz (Red Sox): With 34 homers and 95 RBIs across 476 at-bats this season, Ortiz continues to be one of the most effective power hitters in baseball. The slugger could drive in multiple runs when he brings his impressive career .975 OPS against right-handers (.814 vs. lefties) into hitter-friendly Camden Yards against rookie righty Mike Wright (5.45 ERA, 1.41 WHIP).

David Wright (Mets): With a lifetime .341/.433/.573 slash line against left-handers, the third baseman has proven to be among the best in baseball during those matchups. Wright could drive in multiple runs when he faces Marlins rookie southpaw Adam Conley (4.93 ERA, 1.55 WHIP).

Nolan Reimold (Orioles): This season, the outfielder has produced an .870 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .675 mark vs. righties. Reimold -- who is hitting .345 with three homers across 29 at-bats since Sept. 6 -- could thrive when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against rookie southpaw Henry Owens (5.25 ERA, 1.47 WHIP) and a Red Sox bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.33 ERA.

Jason Heyward (Cardinals): Hitting .292 with 11 homers and 21 steals across 542 plate appearances this season, the outfielder possesses the diverse skill set that DraftKings owners covet. Heyward could contribute in multiple ways when he bats at hitter-friendly Miller Park against righty Wily Peralta (4.14 ERA, 1.47 WHIP in 2015).

Jayson Werth (Nationals): The outfielder -- who is hitting .307 since Aug. 27 -- could thrive when he brings his lifetime .928 OPS against left-handers (.795 vs. righties) into a matchup with rookie southpaw Adam Morgan (4.60 ERA) at hitter-friendly Citizens Bank Park. Also of note: Werth and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a Phillies squad that ranks last in the Majors with a .666 defensive efficiency ratio.

Mark Canha (A's): The rookie first baseman has produced pronounced splits, with an .837 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .546 mark vs. lefties. Canha could display his power when he bats at offense-inducing U.S. Cellular Field against White Sox righty Erik Johnson (career 4.48 ERA, 1.59 WHIP).

Josh Reddick (A's): The outfielder will be set to display his power when he faces Johnson (career 5.40 FIP) at Chicago's hitter-friendly venue. As a big leaguer, Reddick has posted a .770 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .688 mark vs. lefties. Also of note: Reddick and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a White Sox squad that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .674 defensive efficiency ratio.

Bartolo Colon (Mets): With a 0.57 ERA since Aug. 26, the right-hander is one of the hottest starters in the Senior Circuit. Colon could continue to silence the opposition when he works at home against a Marlins squad that ranks last in the Majors with a .667 OPS vs. righties.

Jaime Garcia (Cardinals): With a 2.33 ERA and a 1.01 WHIP on the year, the left-hander has been a cost-effective starter in many DraftKings contests. Garcia could continue his outstanding campaign when he faces a Brewers lineup that ranks 24th in the Majors with a .687 OPS against southpaws. Once he leaves the game, Garcia could see his quest for a win aided by a Cardinals bullpen that leads the Majors with a 2.56 ERA.

Luis Severino (Yankees): With a 3.35 ERA across seven starts, the rookie righty has already become a trusted starter in DraftKings contests. Severino could deliver a stellar outing when he works at pitcher-friendly Tropicana Field against a Rays lineup that ranks 26th in baseball with a .694 OPS against righties.
