Here's a look at top prospects to watch in Monday's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch:Jorge Polanco (Twins' No. 5), Rochester vs. Buffalo (7:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Polanco already has had three stints with the Twins this season. In his most recent stint, the 22-year-old shortstop hit his first big league home run while posting a .918 OPS in 23 plate appearances. The No. 91 overall prospect has continued to show some pop since returning to the Minors on May 23, hitting .353 (18-for-51) with seven extra-base hits in 13 games for Rochester.

Pitcher to watch: Joe Musgrove (Astros' No. 8), Fresno vs. El Paso (10:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Musgrove is coming off of his worst start of the season on May 31, when he allowed four runs on nine hits in five innings against Albuquerque. However, the 23-year-old right-hander has been outstanding otherwise since his promotion to Triple-A Fresno, going 2-1 with a 3.13 ERA and a 20/3 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 23 innings (four starts) for the Grizzlies. Overall, Musgrove is 4-2 with a 1.64 ERA, a 1.01 WHIP and 50/9 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 49 1/3 innings (10 appearances/eight starts) this season between Double-A Corpus Christi and Fresno.

Duel of the day: Josh Hader (Brewers' No. 4) vs. Chih-Wei Hu (Rays' No. 12), Biloxi at Montgomery (8:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Hader, No. 56 on the Top 100, enters the day with a Southern League-leading 0.88 ERA after not allowing more than one earned run in any of his 10 starts for Biloxi. The 22-year-old southpaw is also pacing the circuit with his 32.5 percent strikeout rate -- 65 strikeouts in 51 innings -- and is second in the league with a 1.00 WHIP.

Not far behind Hader on the ERA leaderboard is Hu, who, in nine starts with Double-A Montgomery, has pitched to a 1.84 ERA in 49 innings. In his most recent outing, the 22-year-old Taiwan native recorded his fifth start of the season without an earned run allowed with five innings of five-hit ball against Jacksonville.
