Kang likely out 2-4 weeks with shoulder injury

PITTSBURGH -- The Pirates placed third baseman on the 15-day disabled list with a left shoulder injury, the team announced before Saturday night's game against the Marlins. Kang is expected to miss 2-4 weeks.
First baseman/outfielder was recalled to take Kang's spot on the roster. Bell was available off the bench for Saturday's game.
Kang was injured sliding headfirst into second base in the eighth inning of Friday night's 6-5 loss to the Marlins. Kang is batting .243 with 14 home runs and 41 RBIs.
This will be Bell's second stint with the Pirates this season. The Bucs' No. 3 prospect, according to MLBPipeline.com, was also with the team from July 8-16. He went 2-for-2 with a home run, four RBIs, two walks and three runs scored in four games.

Bell ranks 10th in the International League in batting (.295), is tied for fourth in total bases (197), fifth in on-base percentage (.382) and OPS (.850) and seventh in hits (124) and slugging percentage (.468).
