Cleveland Indians 'Progressive' Dinner offers unique setting for interactive, four-course meal at ballpark

Heritage Park, visitors’ clubhouse, Collection Auto Club and Indians dugout serve as settings for dinner on August 3

Cleveland -- The Cleveland Indians will host an exclusive “Progressive” Dinner on Saturday, August 3, providing an in-depth, behind-the-scenes tour of various spaces of Progressive Field with a dinner course at each stop along the way.

Diners will enjoy the following features and experiences:

  • Hors d’oeuvres from Heritage Park in center field (Caprese Canapes, Mushroom Trifolato, Artisan Cheese Display)
  • Small plate salads in the visitors’ clubhouse (Insalata Mista salad, Cleveland salad)
  • Entrées in the new Collection Auto Club (Filet Oscar topped with Blue Fin Crab Meat, accompanied by Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus)
  • Dessert in the home dugout (display of Carrot Cake, Triple Chocolate Mousse and Red Velvet Tortes)

“This interactive dinner will allow our fans and food lovers to see the ballpark and learn its history, all while enjoying the culinary talents of our catering team,” said Indians Vice President, Concessions KURT SCHLOSS.

Tickets are $100 per person and include a four-course dinner with beverage pairings at each; tax and gratuity; tour of Progressive Field; complimentary parking in the Progressive Field Players’ lot; and watching the Indians on the scoreboard as they take on the Marlins from Miami.

Other unique experiential events at Progressive Field conducted by the Indians Hosted Events Department include Big League BP, Dinner on the Diamond, One Day Baseball Experience and Home for the Holidays.
