Prospect preview: Pint to make full-season debut

Here's a look at top prospects to watch in today's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch: (Pirates' No. 25), Indianapolis vs. Toledo (1:35 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Moroff has homered in three consecutive games to start the season for the Pirates' Triple-A affiliate, and his next will get him halfway to his home run total in 421 at-bats for Indianapolis in 2016.
Pitcher to watch: Riley Pint (Rockies' No. 3, No. 49 overall), Asheville at Hagerstown (2:05 p.m. ET)
Pint, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 Draft, makes his Class A debut on Sunday, bringing with him his 100-mph fastball and plus curveball. As an 18-year-old in the Rookie-level Pioneer League last season, the 6-4 right-hander struck out 36 in 37 innings, but he also walked 23 and posted a 5.35 ERA.

Duel of the day: Ian Clarkin (Yankees' No. 21) vs. (Tigers' No. 11), Tampa at Lakeland (1 p.m. ET)
Clarkin, a first-round selection by the Yankees in the 2013 Draft, has had injury issues in the past but will look to put together a strong season in 2017. Last year, the left-hander posted a 3.31 ERA in 18 starts in his age-21 season.

Baez pitched well in five appearances for the Tigers in Grapefruit League action, allowing two runs on four hits in seven innings (2.57 ERA), striking out nine and walking two. The 23-year-old right-hander posted a 3.81 ERA in 21 starts for Class A West Michigan in 2016.
