R.A. Dickey placed on bereavement list

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have placed RHP R.A. DICKEY on the bereavement list and have recalled infielder MUNENORI KAWASAKI from Buffalo of the International League (AAA). Dickey has returned home after his father, Harry Lee Dickey, passed away on June 16th.
