Pipeline Preview: Bauers looks to lead Durham to title

Here's a look at top prospects to watch in today's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch: (Rays' No. 5), Durham at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (6:35 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Bauers went 2-for-5 with two RBIs and scored one run on Thursday to help lead Triple-A Durham past Scranton, 6-2, in Game 3 of the Governors' Cup Finals. It was the third straight multi-hit game for the No. 77 overall prospect, and he's now tied atop the International League postseason leaderboard with 12 hits and a .429 average.

Pitcher to watch: Hildemaro Requena (Red Sox's No. 29), Greenville vs. Kannapolis (7:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Requena, 20, led Class A Greenville into the South Atlantic League finals in his last start, tossing 7 1/3 scoreless innings of four-hit ball with three walks, four strikeouts and 12 ground-ball outs in a decisive Game 3 of the semifinals. The right-hander has gone five straight starts without allowing an earned run, during which he's given up just 15 hits in 32 2/3 innings. He'll take the mound in Game 4 of the finals on Friday with a chance to clinch the SAL.
