Rays need votes on AL All-Star ballots

May 31st, 2016

KANSAS CITY -- The first American League All-Star ballot update was released on Tuesday, and the Rays need help to get a candidate among the leaders.
However, the Rays have several players off to good starts this season and worthy of fan votes, including Evan Longoria, Steven Souza Jr. and Logan Forsythe. Brandon Guyer and Steve Pearce are also considerations, even though they aren't listed on the ballot.

Guyer and Pearce are long shots because they aren't listed on the ballot, but Rays fans can write them in based on their contributions this season.
