Red Sox and MLB.com to waive ticket fees Thursday through Sunday

No-fee offer part of sales tax holiday in Massachusetts; offer applies to all 21 remaining home games

BOSTON, MA - The Red Sox and MLB.com will participate in the 2013 sales tax holiday in Massachusetts by extending a no-fee offer to Red Sox ticket buyers from Thursday, August 8, through Sunday, August 11.*

On these days, there will be no processing fee for any upcoming Red Sox games available for purchase for the rest of the 2013 regular season. 

The no-fee offer will automatically take effect when tickets are purchased online at redsox.com/tickets Thursday through Sunday. Tickets are available for remaining regular season games at Fenway Park. There are 21 remaining home games at the ballpark.  

*Under state law, tickets are not subject to state sales tax.
