Red Sox Holiday Caravan starts tomorrow

Craig Kimbrel, Robbie Ross Jr., Noe Ramirez, and Deven Marrero to Visit With Patients at Boston-area Hospitals and With Children at The BASE Training Academy

BOSTON, MA - The Red Sox will bring the warmth and cheer of the holiday season to patients at Boston-area hospitals and children at a baseball training academy with the 2015 Holiday Caravan, taking place Thursday, December 10, and Friday, December 11. Over the two day period, Red Sox players Craig Kimbrel, Robbie Ross Jr., Noe Ramirez, and Deven Marrero will visit with patients at hospitals, and with kids at The BASE, a training academy that provides young baseball players with coaching and academic and life skills training.

The Caravan tour begins on Thursday with stops at Boston Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber's Jimmy Fund Clinic, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. The Caravan continues on Friday with visits to Shriners Hospital for Children, MassGeneral Hospital for Children, Boston Medical Center, and a visit to The BASE.

Robbie Ross Jr., Noe Ramirez, and Deven Marrero will be present at all Holiday Caravan stops. Craig Kimbrel will attend the Friday morning visits to Shriners Hospital for Children and MassGeneral Hospital for Children.

The Holiday Caravan leads up to Christmas at Fenway, which is the first chance to purchase Red Sox tickets for the 2016 regular season. Tickets are available on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. online at redsox.com, by phone at 888-REDSOX9, and at the 13th Annual Christmas at Fenway event.
