JBJ not bothered by Yankees hype

Red Sox outfielder knows his club has to take care of business

February 1st, 2018

Red Sox outfielder is not offended that many people expect the Yankees to dominate the American League East in 2018, despite the fact the Red Sox won the division each of the past two seasons.
"It makes me feel great," Bradley said on MLB Network's Hot Stove on Thursday morning. "It'll probably be more pressure on them, then. Obviously, we're disappointed with the way our season ended. We won two division championships, but it's one of those things where you keep plugging away. We trust in our guys.
"Any given Sunday, you've got to go out there and play the game and execute regardless."
Bradley, 27, hit .245 with 17 home runs, 63 RBIs and a .726 OPS last season. He hit .267 with 26 homers, 87 RBIs and an .835 OPS in 2016, when he made the American League All-Star team.
