Reds host annual ‘Select-A-Seat’ event on Jan. 28

Reds fans can choose their seats for the 2012 season at the annual Select-A-Seat event on Saturday, January 28 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm in the FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club at Great American Ball Park.

"We invite all Reds fans considering partial or full season tickets to visit the Select-A-Seat event," said John Davis, Reds Vice President of Ticket Sales. "This is the best way for fans to sit in different seats around the ballpark, determine what locations are right for them and personalize their own Reds experience."

Beginning at 9:30 am, fans can team up with a Reds ticket sales representative and walk around the ballpark to select their seats for the 2012 season.

At approximately 11 am, fans can participate in a Q&A with members of the Reds Caravan including Hall of Fame broadcaster Marty Brennaman, All-Star second baseman Brandon Phillips, Assistant General Manager Bob Miller, broadcaster and former pitcher Chris Welsh, Reds Hall of Famer Lee May and minor league catcher Tucker Barnhart.

Fans purchasing a season plan of 20 games or more will have the chance to meet the Caravan members and receive a signed baseball.

Select-A-Seat admission is free and cash parking is available in the Great American Ball Park garage.

Seating for the Q&A is limited.
