RHP Jameson Taillon expected to be recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis

RHP Jameson Taillon (pronounced "TIE-own") is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis tomorrow to make his Major League debut Wednesday night against the New York Mets at PNC Park.

RHP Jameson Taillon (pronounced "TIE-own") is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis tomorrow to make his Major League debut Wednesday night against the New York Mets at PNC Park.
 
The 24-year-old Taillon went 4-2 with a 2.04 ERA (61.2ip/14er) and 61 strikeouts in 10 starts with Indianapolis this season. He pitched at least 6.0 innings in nine of his 10 Triple-A starts and was charged with two earned runs or less in seven of the 10. Taillon is currently ranked fifth among International League leaders in ERA and sixth in strikeouts.
 
Taillon will be available for media interviews in the PNC Park Press Conference room between games of today's doubleheader.
