LOS ANGELES -- With the 2017 World Series presented by YouTube TV set to begin in two days, the Dodgers announced their Games 2 and 3 starting pitchers on Sunday.
After ace Clayton Kershaw takes the mound against the Astros for Game 1 tonight at Dodger Stadium, left-hander Rich Hill will get the nod for Game 2, followed by right-hander Yu Darvish in Game 3 as the series moves to Houston. This follows the team's rotation for its previous two postseason rounds.

"There was a little bit of the ballpark thing, whether we'd play in Yankee Stadium or Minute Maid," manager Dave Roberts said about the decision to start Hill at home and Darvish on the road. "Ultimately, we defaulted to what's been working. The guys can stay on their schedules and routines and we feel good about it."
Alex Wood is expected to be the Game 4 starter, as the lefty was against the Cubs in the National League Championship Series presented by Camping World, although taxi-squad members Hyun-Jin Ryu and Brandon McCarthy threw simulated games during Sunday night's workout at Dodger Stadium.  
Hill has been effective in two postseason starts, but he hasn't pitched beyond the fifth inning. Overall, he held opponents to three runs on six hits and four walks over nine innings with 12 strikeouts. Hill has been far more effective at home this season (2.77 ERA, .178 average against) than on the road (4.06, .229).
Darvish, whom the Dodgers acquired at the July 31 non-waiver Trade Deadline, has been lights-out this postseason. He gave up one run in each of his two starts, striking out 14 with one walk over 11 1/3 innings. Darvish faced the Astros twice this year while with the Rangers and held them to four runs over 12 innings with 12 strikeouts.
Hill is 3-1 with a 2.68 ERA in his career against Houston and 3-0 with a 1.19 ERA at Minute Maid Park. Darvish is 5-5 with a 3.44 ERA against the Astros and 4-1 with a 2.16 ERA at Minute Maid Park.
Wood allowed three solo home runs to the Cubs in the Dodgers' 3-2 loss in Game 4 at Wrigley Field.
