In the eighth inning, Fuentes was called upon to make his first plate appearance in the Majors. And he made it count, stepping up to the plate against Los Angeles' Yimi Garcia and ripping a 1-2 offering into left field for a clean single.

You have to love these types of moments, when the bond between family and the game come together so strongly. And special shout-out to the Rockies fans in attendance, who clearly knew what was happening and cheered Fuentes on accordingly.
Definitely a moment Fuentes will never forget.
