Omaha Storm Chasers (7-7)

Omaha cruised to a 14-1 win, scoring four in the first, third and fifth innings. Jesus Flores was 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and three runs. Brett Eibner lifted his average to .373, finishing 3-for-4 plus an RBI and two runs. Brian Fletcher drove in three, including a two-run triple. Starter Sugar Ray Marimon struck out seven while allowing a run over 4.0 innings.

NW Arkansas Naturals (3-11)

Northwest Arkansas 10, Tulsa 6

HR: Whit Merrifield (1), Jared Schlehuber (2)

Northwest Arkansas scored a season-high 10 runs to snap a 10-game losing streak. Whit Merrifield hit a three-run homer and finished 2-for-4 with three runs. Jorge Bonifacio, KC's No. 4 prospect according to MLB.com, drove in two and is tied for second in the league with 10 RBIs. Andy Ferguson held the Drillers to two runs, three hits and two walks over five innings.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (7-7)

HR: None

Wilmington used a three-run third inning to win the rubber game over Lynchburg. Raul Mondesi tripled home the first two runs and scored the third. He is ranked third among MLB.com's list of Top 20 Royals prospects. Jonathan Dziedzic moved to 3-0, limiting the Hillcats to a run, five hits and two walks. He has a 1.69 ERA on the year (3 ER in 16.0 IP).

Lexington Legends (8-7)

Lexington 5, Augusta 4

HR: None

Ramon Torres capped a 4-for-4 game with a walk-off RBI single. The hit came after Augusta tied the game at 4-4 with three in the top of the ninth. Fred Ford drove in two runs, bringing his league-leading total to 16. Starter Luis Santos limited the GreenJackets to a run on four hits and a walk over 5.0 innings.
