Omaha Storm Chasers (10-14)

Omaha at Iowa -- Postponed due to rain

The Storm Chasers and I-Cubs were rained out in Des Moines. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader in July.

NW Arkansas Naturals (9-16)

Northwest Arkansas 9, Springfield 7
WP: Malcom Culver (3-1)
HR: Angel Franco (1), Mark Threlkeld (4)

Northwest Arkansas scored seven times in the ninth, rallying from a 4-2 deficit. Threlkeld finished the scoring with a two-run homer. Franco added a solo homer in the third and was 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Justin Trapp added two hits and two runs. Starter Cody Fassold tossed three scoreless innings, striking out three.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (10-13)

Myrtle Beach at Wilmington -- Cancelled due to rain

Tuesday's scheduled contest in Wilmington was cancelled. The game will not be made up as it was the final first-half meeting between the teams. The Blue Rocks are off on Wednesday and are scheduled to visit Carolina (Indians) on Thursday, with No. 6 prospect Miguel Almonte scheduled to start.

Lexington Legends (11-14)

Lakewood 9, Lexington 4 (rain-shortened)
LP: Matt Tenuta (2-2)

Lexington trailed when play was stopped in the middle of the seventh. The Legends scored four in the first to take a 4-2 lead. Humberto Arteaga, Fred Ford and Chad Johnson each drove in runs. Tenuta struck out two while allowing eight runs (six earned) over five innings. He entered with three runs allowed through his first 24 2/3 innings.
